Combined Housing Group is a small construction firm. The fact that our business is of a smaller nature allows us to working closer with you on building your home to minimize the stress. We build around 40 new homes each year. The fact that we are small allows us to spend quality time dealing directly with our customers, builders and suppliers.
Our company offers clients with several options when it comes to building your family home: either select from our display homes, select a display home which may include changes to suit your lifestyle/family or build your own style home.
Combined Housing Group takes pride in delivering quality new homes within budget and within time. Our display homes are marketed to show you the entire cost to build rather than providing you with a base cost and then adding on a mountain of extras. We are upfront about all our costs so you know exactly what you are getting.

We have strong ongoing relationships with Melbournes leading suppliers of building products such as: Austral Bricks, Rinnai Hot water Systems, Boral Roof tiles, Brivis Heating & Cooling, Blanco Kitchen Appliances, B&D Garage Doors just to name a few.

Because our aim is to spend as much time with our clients as possible, our preference is to focus on the South East (and surrounding) areas of Melbourne.
Combined Housing Group, together with our tradesman and suppliers cover areas from
Bayswater to Boronia and Pakenham to Prahran to Mornington to Warragul and Prahran to Lilydale.
The Process…
We will look after the entire process for you, from beginning to end. Combined Housing Group will take care of all the worries and concerns that go with obtaining the relevant permits, test and inspections and allow you to focus on more important things. Our responsibilities include:
- Obtaining soil tests
- Determining building site levels
- Drawing relevant engineering drafts
- Coordinating plans, permits and council inspections
- Project managing the relevant builders, tradesmen and suppliers
- Ensuring we keep you updated as the building progresses
